What: The 2023 SCN2A Family & Professional Conference is co-hosted by The FamilieSCN2A Foundation and The Rosamund Stone Zander Translational Neuroscience Center of Boston Children's Hospital. This conference provides a unique opportunity for SCN2A families & professionals to come together and learn about SCN2A-related topics.
Where: The Sheraton Boston Hotel (Downtown) 39 Dalton St, Boston, MA 02199. Off site events include a special dinner at the New England Aquarium.

SCN2A Family Scholarship Application
**SCHOLARSHIP CLOSED**
- Please note the following terms before completing this application:
- 1) The Scholarships are for families with a loved one diagnosed on a genetic report with SCN2A-related disorders.
- 2) Scholarships may cover up to 3 nights (4 for international) in the hotel, one family registration fee, flight stipend up to $300 (per family) for domestic / $600 (per family) for International and/or gas and toll stipend (up to $200 per family).
- 3) You will be notified whether your application has been selected for sponsorship sometime between May 15th - May 30th, 2023. Please reserve your hotel room now (you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to check-in without being charged) as they are very limited.
- 4) If approved, you will be responsible for reserving the hotel room and will need to send us your confirmation number to add to the master account. If you would like to stay at the hotel additional nights, that will be at your own expense. Scholarships for the Sheraton Boston Hotel are for July 19-22.
- 5) Children are encouraged to attend. Formal childcare is not included. There will be activities in the hospitality room for children with SCN2A-related disorders and their siblings. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times.
