Hi, we're Kennedy & Raegan from Eastlake, Ohio.

We're both named after Presidents!

Meet Kennedy and Raegan! Two sisters who have a lot in common—they both love Simple Songs, are named after Presidents, and both have been diagnosed with an SCN2A gene mutation. Epilepsy and Autism don’t slow them down, though. Both girls started seizing at 2 days of life. Kennedy (age 2) has been seizure free and medication free for over a year now, but was recently diagnosed with Autism. Raegan (born in March 2019) is currently still working to get her seizures under control, but never stops smiling through it all. These two girls are their parents’ heroes, and truly make friends with everyone they meet. The FamilieSCN2A Foundation has been a huge asset to the whole family!
